5. Repeat Infringer Policy We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

6. Safe Harbor Provisions We qualify for safe harbor protection under the DMCA as an online service provider. We do not actively monitor user-generated content but will respond promptly to valid DMCA takedown notices and counter-notifications in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
